Service

P2D provides software for website auditing, SEO analysis, reporting, search-data analysis and supported optimization workflows. Features and limits vary by plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and activities performed through your account.

Authorized websites and integrations

You may only add websites, properties and third-party accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining required permissions.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed at the price and interval displayed during checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Payments may be processed by a merchant-of-record or payment provider whose checkout terms also apply.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewals. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated during checkout, fees already charged for a billing period are not automatically refundable.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, crawl websites without appropriate authority, violate third-party rights, or use P2D for unlawful activity.

Automated and AI-assisted output

Some features may generate automated or AI-assisted recommendations. These outputs are informational and can contain errors. Users remain responsible for reviewing changes before applying them to websites or business decisions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep P2D reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops, provided material subscription changes are handled in accordance with applicable obligations.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, abuse or legal requirements. Users may stop using the service and cancel eligible subscriptions at any time.
